By accessing or using Easchat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Easchat is a chat automation platform that enables businesses to automate and manage conversations on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp. The Service includes AI-powered chatbot capabilities, comment-to-DM automation, and multi-channel inbox management.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to: use the Service for spam or unsolicited messaging; violate Meta's Platform Terms or Community Guidelines; use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service; share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
You acknowledge that the Service operates through Meta's APIs and you agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Community Guidelines at all times.
Paid features are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time with immediate effect. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your customers' data and must comply with applicable data protection laws.
Easchat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
