Easchat ("we", "our", "us") is a chat automation platform that helps businesses manage conversations across Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our service at easchat.com.
When you use Easchat, we collect: your Facebook/Instagram account information (name, email, profile picture) through the Facebook Login OAuth flow; Facebook Page and Instagram Business account metadata; messages and conversations between your business and your customers; customer profile information (name, profile picture) provided by Meta APIs; advertising performance data from your Meta ad campaigns.
We use collected data to: provide and operate the Easchat platform; display customer conversations in your unified inbox; power AI chatbot responses; display advertising analytics in your dashboard; improve our services and user experience.
Your data is stored securely on servers hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) and Supabase Inc. (USA). We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
We share data with the following processors solely to provide our services: OpenAI LLC (AI chatbot responses); Hetzner Online GmbH (server hosting); Supabase Inc. (database hosting).
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
You have the right to: access your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your data; withdraw consent at any time.
Data obtained from Meta APIs is used in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not sell Meta Platform Data to third parties. We do not use Meta Platform Data for purposes unrelated to providing our service.
Easchat is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
