You can request deletion of all your data associated with Easchat. Once submitted, we will permanently delete all your data within 30 days, including your account information, conversation history, contact data, automation settings, and any data obtained through Meta APIs.
Upon data deletion, the following will be permanently removed: your Easchat account and login credentials; all connected platform data (Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts); all customer conversation history; all contact records and custom fields; all automation flows and settings; all AI training data and knowledge base content; all advertising insights data.

Or by removing Easchat from your Facebook Business Integrations at: facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations → Remove Easchat
You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted.
